Since Oak 1.4.7 introduces a change in synchronization behavior of
external group memberships (e.g. from LDAP):

Previously, if multiple IDPs are configured and two or more have a
group with the same ID, user memberships from those IDPs could be
synced to the same local representation of the external groups.

This violates IDP boundaries.

For this reason the synchronization will now only sync group memberships
for the IDP the local represenation (group) initially originated from.
