Learn how to cancel different types of Creative Cloud membership plans.

    Outside U.S., United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand

    If you purchased your annual membership outside the U.S., United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, contact us to cancel your membership.

    U.S., United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand

    You can cancel your Creative Cloud membership online at any time. Here's how:

    1. Click here to access your Adobe ID account online, and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

      Note:

      Your Adobe ID is the email address you used when you signed up for your membership.

    2. Under Plans & Products, click Manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.

    3. Under Plan details, click Cancel plan.

      If you do not see a Cancel plan button, contact us to cancel your membership.

    4. Indicate the reason that you want to cancel, and then click Continue to cancel plan.

    5. Follow the onscreen instructions to keep your current plan, switch to a different plan, or cancel your plan.

      You will receive an email confirming the cancelation. To start a Creative Cloud plan again, visit the Creative Cloud plans page.

    If you cancel an annual membership (individual or team) within 14 days, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are billed 50 percent of your remaining contract obligation.


    You can cancel your month-to-month Creative Cloud membership at any time. Here's how:

    To cancel an annual membership that you pay monthly, follow the steps under "Cancel an annual membership" above.

    1. Click here to access your Adobe ID account online, and sign in with your Adobe ID and password. Your Adobe ID is the email address you used when you signed up for your membership.

    2. Under Plans & Products, click Manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.

    3. Under Plan details, click Cancel plan.

      If you do not see a Cancel plan button, contact us to cancel your membership.

    4. Indicate the reason that you want to cancel, and then click Continue to cancel plan.

    5. Follow the onscreen instructions to keep your current plan, switch to a different plan, or cancel your plan.

      You will receive an email confirming the cancelation. To start a Creative Cloud plan again, visit the Creative Cloud plans page.

    You will continue to have access to your Creative Cloud plan through the end of the billing cycle.


    Contact your account manager to cancel an enterprise membership.


    If you purchased your membership from a seller other than Adobe, contact the seller for assistance.
