If you purchased your Creative Cloud subscription directly from Adobe, you can cancel your subscription online at any time.
Follow the instructions on the screen to keep your current plan, switch to a different plan, or cancel your plan.
You will receive an email confirming the cancelation. To start a Creative Cloud plan again, visit the Creative Cloud plans page.
If you cancel an annual membership (paid monthly or once a year) within 14 days, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are billed 50 percent of your remaining contract obligation.
If you cancel a month-to-month membership within 14 days of your order, you will receive a full refund. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
The refund only applies for 14 days after the original purchase, not for subsequent monthly renewals.
Extended your original membership?
You cannot cancel a complimentary membership during the complimentary period. If you do not want to continue the membership after the complimentary period ends, but you provided payment details when you redeemed the membership, contact us to cancel the renewal.
If you did not add payment details when you redeemed the complimentary membership, your membership expires at the end of the complimentary period.
