Issue: Window and menus flicker after launching a Creative Cloud application

Solution 1: Install update 2015.1.2 or later (Photoshop CC only)

This issue was repaired in the Photoshop CC update 2015.1.2.

Solution 2: Disable Windows Narrator

Windows Narrator reads screen content for those with impared sight. To disable it, follow these directions:

  1. Select the Control Panel from the Start menu.
  2. Open Ease of Access.
  3. In the Ease of Access Center, select Explore all settings.
  4. Deselect the option to Turn on Narrator in the "Use the computer without display" section.
  5. Restart the Adobe application. Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Q to close the program if the behavior prevents accessing the menu command.

Solution 3: Disable the Start workspace

  1. Choose Edit > Preferences > General.
  2. Deselect the Show "Start" Workspace When No Documents Are Open option.
  3. Restart the application.
