When you modify your network setup, like adding a new Domain Name System (DNS) server, changing routers, or switching your Internet Service Provider (ISP), you might receive a security alert from Creative Cloud Core Service. This alert is usually triggered by DNS cache corruption. To fix the issue, we recommend clearing the DNS cache.

Right-click on the Command Prompt app and select Run as administrator.

In the User Account Control window that opens, select Yes.

Type the command ipconfig /flushdns in the Command Prompt and press Enter.

Once the process is successful, a confirmation message appears.

Restart the device.
