Fix Creative Cloud Core Service security alerts on Windows

Learn how to fix security alerts related to Creative Cloud Core Service on Windows.

When you modify your network setup, like adding a new Domain Name System (DNS) server, changing routers, or switching your Internet Service Provider (ISP), you might receive a security alert from Creative Cloud Core Service. This alert is usually triggered by DNS cache corruption. To fix the issue, we recommend clearing the DNS cache.

  1. In the Windows search bar, type Command Prompt.

  2. Right-click on the Command Prompt app and select Run as administrator

  3. In the User Account Control window that opens, select Yes.

  4. Type the command ipconfig /flushdns in the Command Prompt and press Enter.

  5. Once the process is successful, a confirmation message appears.

  6. Restart the device.
