Issue

During the upgrade installation of Mac OS X Mavericks (10.9), you receive the following error:

Incompatible Software
The following software was found during upgrade and is incompatible with this version of Mac OS X. It has been moved to the Incompatible Software folder. 
Adobe Creative Cloud
Adobe Creative Cloud: this version of Adobe Creative Cloud is not compatible with this version of Mac OS X.

Incompatible Software error

Solution

Quit the Creative Cloud Desktop app and the start it again from the Applications folder. The warning message is only displayed during the upgrade install of the OS and should not recur upon subsequent restarts.
