Korean characters rendered as tofu (empty squares) | Adobe Application Manager user interface

On Windows 10 (English), the language drop-down list in the Adobe Software License Agreement dialog box renders Korean language as "tofu" or empty squares, in the Adobe Application Manager user interface. (See the image below.)

However, if the system language of Windows 10 is Korean, then you don't encounter this issue.

For example: On the English version of Windows 10, Korean language characters render as tofu/empty squares.
