Error "Client/Server Clocks...194:112" when starting a CS5.5 application

Issue

A Creative Suite 5.5 product failed to launch, because of the following error found in the oobelib.log file:

Backend Failure: Client/Server Clocks Out of Sync Beyond Range Tolerance (194:112)

Solution

Restart your system clock. Your system clock does not closely match the local time. Update your system clock to match the local time and launch the product again.
