When you install the Adobe Application Manager for the Creative Cloud, you receive the following error:

"Remote server is not responding."


Solution 1: Download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud application.

  1. Close all Adobe applications, including PDApp.
  2. Restart your web browser.
  3. Download the Creative Cloud Application from the Creative Cloud Download Center.
  4. Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions to install.

Solution 2: Contact Adobe Support.
