Learn how to resolve the "remote server not responding" error that might occur when you're trying to install the Application Manager for Adobe Creative Cloud.

When you install the Adobe Application Manager for the Creative Cloud, you receive the following error:

"Remote server is not responding."

To fix this issue, download and install the latest version of the Creative Cloud desktop app. 

  1. Close all Adobe applications, including PDApp.

  2. Restart your web browser.
