Cedric joined Adobe in 2017 with 17 years of industry experience providing web and software development and support for the retail industry.
Since joining he has been working in the EMEA Customer Care team, located in Basel (Switzerland), as a Technical Support Engineer. In this role he has been supporting Adobe customers by liaising with the different Digital Marking support teams, in order to qualify and to fully resolve the customer’s inquiries as quickly as possible.
