Problem

When you launch Adobe Creative Cloud Packager, you receive the following error message:

Oops something has gone wrong, please try again

CCP-error

Solution 1: Rename the OOBE folder

Close the Creative Cloud Packager, and follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to the Adobe folder.

    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe

    Mac OS: Macintosh HD/Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe

  2. Rename the OOBE folder.

  3. Launch the Creative Cloud Packager.

Solution 2: Reinstall Creative Cloud Packager

If the issue still persists, close the Creative Cloud Packager, and follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to the Adobe folder.

    Windows: [System drive]\Program files(x86)\Common files\Adobe

    Mac OS X: Macintosh HD/Library/Applciation support/Adobe

  2. Delete the OOBE folder.

  3. Reinstall the Creative Cloud Packager.

  4. Launch the Creative Cloud Packager.
