What is changing under Adobe Express?
Adobe Spark has been replaced by Adobe Express. Adobe Express includes similar functionality and content as Adobe Spark-you can still quickly and easily create graphics, collages, flyers, videos, and animations with access to thousands of templates, images, icons, and effects.
With these changes, Photoshop Express, Premiere Rush, Adobe Stock photo collection*, and more have been added to the Adobe Express plan. In addition, Resize is now a premium feature available on the Adobe Express Premium plan.

Can I resize designs in Adobe Express?
If you are on the Adobe Express Premium plan or the Creative Cloud All Apps plan, you can quickly resize your layout to get you to a finished design faster. Follow these steps:

If you are on the Adobe Express Free plan, you will need to search and reselect and recreate your design and effects for every new size you are creating. Note, prior to December 8th, 2021, there were additional options for resizing in the Free plan, which have been moved to Adobe Express Premium plan - which is designed to accelerate productivity for users who are creating frequently.
Will these changes impact my content?
No. Your content will still be available as part of your existing subscription. No action is required on your part.
