If the report suite is configured to "Timestamp required", Heartbeat calls are discarded.
There are two approaches which can be followed to resolve this scenario:
- To continue sending timestamp with the Analytics hits, change the configuration for the Report Suite to "Timestamp Optional"
- Change the Analytics implementation to stop sending the timestamp in the hits and update the configuration for the Report Suite to "Timestamp not supported"
The Heartbeat call parameter 'l:event:ts' is the Heartbeat specific timestamp for the event for which the call is triggered and not the custom timestamp for Analytics
