Creative Cloud login item issues on macOS Ventura

Last updated on Apr 14, 2025

If you turn off the Adobe Creative Cloud login item in macOS 13 (Ventura), it will disrupt the functioning of your Creative Cloud apps and services. To avoid this issue, keep the Adobe Creative Cloud login item turned on in your Mac's System Settings.

We strongly recommend that you keep the Adobe Creative Cloud login item turned on in macOS Ventura because turning it off stops many of Adobe's core processes, which are required for the apps to function seamlessly. These critical processes are doing their job even when you're not working in any of your Adobe apps.
