Device is not connected to the internet or has an unstable connection
You need an internet connection to download and update Adobe apps. Verify that you can connect to the internet and select Retry.
Software firewalls may be restricting internet access for Adobe apps
Software firewalls limit access to your computer, which might cause download errors. Some software firewalls ask for permission when a program tries to connect to the internet.
- If prompted, select to allow the Adobe app to access the internet.

Router's firewall or proxy settings may not be accessing the internet
Routers can have a built-in hardware firewall or proxy servers. To determine if a router is preventing the Adobe app from accessing the internet:
- Temporarily remove the router from the network.
- Connect the computer directly to a DSL or cable modem. If the download continues, the router is blocking access.
- To set up a router to allow access for future downloads, see your router documentation for instructions on setting up port forwarding from the computer. Alternatively, contact your Internet service provider or IT department.
Hardware firewalls or proxy servers may not be connected to the internet
Many organizations use a hardware firewall and proxy server to prevent software from accessing an outside server. A hardware solution applies to all computers within the corporate network. Most home networks don't use hardware firewalls or proxy technology.
Contact your company's IT department to obtain firewall or proxy information. Configure your browser with proxy or firewall information to bypass these servers:

Corrupted or conflicting crypto files may be preventing the app from downloading
To resolve issues with corrupted or conflicting crypto files, follow these steps:
