Upcoming changes to Lumetri Color

Viimati uuendatud 10. sept 2026

Learn about the upcoming changes to Lumetri Color tools in Adobe Premiere 27.0, including the new Properties panel and Color Management panel.

The upcoming Premiere 27.0 introduces Color mode, a dedicated environment for color grading. This update changes where you find your Lumetri tools, though your existing projects and effects continue to work as expected.

The Lumetri Color effect remains available and the Lumetri Color panel is retiring. Your existing Lumetri effects still open exactly as they did before, with every adjustment intact, and are editable in the new Properties panel.

What to expect in Premiere 27.0

  • Lumetri Color remains available as an effect. Apply new Lumetri Color effects from the Effects panel, the same way you apply any other video effect.
  • You edit Lumetri Color effects in the Properties panel. The controls you use now are fully editable there, for both new and existing Lumetri effects.
  • The Lumetri Color panel is retiring. In its place, the new Color Management panel handles transforming log and raw media to SDR and HDR, and lets you choose between the traditional Rec. 709 pipeline or the new Wide-Gamut color pipeline for your sequences.
