Track your Power Automate usage

Track your usage of the Power Automate integration over the previous 12 months.

Overview

You can track your account's usage of the Power Automate integration by selecting the Track Usage link on the workflow integration page.

This link opens a small dialog box showing the current month's usage and a link to download a CSV file containing the previous 12 months of usage data for all of the flows in your account.

Each row of the CSV file records one month of data, and the report may contain up to 12 rows. These values can be compared to the use limits provided by the integration to determine if your account might need to purchase additional volume.

The volume values are:

  • Year - The calendar year.
  • Month - a numerical value defining which month, starting with #1 equating to January and #12 equating to December.
  • Monthly API Calls - The total number of API calls triggered by the account in the month. Several calls are made for each flow.
  • Monthly Active Flows - Defines the total number of unique flows the account used in the month.
  • Monthly Flows Run - Defines the number of times a flow of any nature was triggered during the month.
  • Dataverse Storage - The raw number of Megabytes used for storage in the Dataverse at the end of the month.
