How to log the headers of incoming requests to AEM

Learn how to log the request headers of requests hitting AEM to debug an issue.

Steps

  1. Go to the AEM package manager http://aem-host:port/crx/packmgr/index.jsp.

  2. Upload and install the attached package (header-tracker-*.zip).

  3. All HTTP headers are logged to standard output.  In a default AEM installation standard output goes to crx-quickstart/logs/stdout.log.
