When bundles are installed, they do not get replicated during code deployment in AEM.

Environment

AEM 6.0 SP3

Cause

A regression defect is introduced in AEM 6.0 SP3.

Resolution

Workaround:
Remove the node created by package install under /system/sling/installer/jcr/pauseInstallation

Hotfix:
Install Hotfix 9336
