No license found for Image Authoring | Scene7

I ran the license key installer and it said that it was installed, but I receive the following error:

"To obtain a valid license from Scene7, the following information from Scene7, the following information must be sent to Scene7..."

If there was a key previously stored on this computer, manually remove the license key entries from your computer's registry.

Confirm that the MAC address is correct by running ipconfig -all from a Command Prompt window.

Start - Run - CMD - type ipconfig -all

If you need authorization to use Command Prompt, check with your IT department.

If the key is installed properly, and you've confirmed the Ethernet MAC address corresponds to the license key, contact Scene7 Support. They can generate a new key that includes the wireless adapter MAC address.
