I ran the license key installer and it said that it was installed, but I receive the following error:
"To obtain a valid license from Scene7, the following information from Scene7, the following information must be sent to Scene7..."
If there was a key previously stored on this computer, manually remove the license key entries from your computer's registry.
Confirm that the MAC address is correct by running ipconfig -all from a Command Prompt window.
Start - Run - CMD - type ipconfig -all
If you need authorization to use Command Prompt, check with your IT department.
