Issue
The Apache Felix OSGi Web Console (/system/console UI) is inaccessible and displays the following error in the logs:

Cause
Cause of the issue is a bug in Apache Felix: FELIX-5387
Resolution
- Open the Google Chrome browser.
- Access the OSGi Web Console - http://aem-host:port/system/console/bundles.
- In the browser, open Developer Tools (Ctrl-Shift-J or Settings > More Tools > Developer Tools).
- Select the Console tab.
- In the console prompt, enter the following JavaScript command:
document.cookie="felix-webconsole-locale=en"
