After following the documented steps below, no renderings are available:
There are multiple back end configurations to be checked to ensure that Litmus/Inbox Rendering is properly configured. If these configurations are not set correctly, Litmus does not function.
Submit a ticket to Adobe Campaign Support requesting that Tech-Ops review and confirm that the following has been configured:
- External Account to the Deliverability instance has been created.
- The Litmus account has been created on the Deliverability instance.
- A subscription has been assigned to the Deliverability account.
