On this page Issue Solution Applies to: Creative Cloud Issue The Apps tab is missing from the Creative Cloud desktop app after you have updated a Creative Cloud app. Solution Click the gear icon in the Creative Cloud desktop app and choose Quit. Navigate to the following location (Windows): C:/Program Files(x86)/Common Files/Adobe/OOBE/Configs/ (macOS): /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs/ Locate and open the serviceconfig.xml file in Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (macOS). In the serviceeconfig.xml file, change the value of AppsPanel from false to true. Save and close serviceconfig.xml.
