Issue

The Apps tab is disabled in Creative Cloud desktop application, and you get the following message:

"You don't have access to manage apps."

Apps tab disabled in Creative cLoud desktop app

This issue occurs when Creative Cloud is deployed in a restricted environment by your enterprise admin.

Solution

To enable apps management on your machine, please contact your enterprise admin.
