Choose Help > About.
It opens a window showing the application version.
You can also see versions in the Creative Cloud desktop app. Hover the mouse pointer over an application to see its current version.

Launch Adobe XD and open an artboard.

Select Help > About XD on the Adobe XD menu in the upper-left corner of XD. It opens a window showing the XD version.
