Overview
Adobe is enhancing the way you manage your Adobe Acrobat Sign users and licenses, bringing increased productivity to you and your organization. As part of this change, Adobe is migrating your Adobe Acrobat Sign subscription to the Adobe Admin Console.
This is a required migration and will not affect any workflow, content, or assets within your Acrobat Sign account.
- Admins will be able to manage users and licenses using an experience that is consistent with other Adobe products.
- Customers with Azure Active Directory or Google Federation will be able to directly integrate their service with the Admin Console.

Customer migration journey: Migrating Users to the Adobe Admin Console
Your Adobe Account Executive will submit a migration support request to Adobe Customer Support to initiate the user migration to the Adobe Admin Console. Once received, an Acrobat Sign migration specialist will contact you to guide you through the migration process.
Prior to migration:
- Please do not assign any Adobe Acrobat Sign license from your Adobe Admin Console until the migration is completed. This will allow us to map your existing Acrobat Sign production account to your Adobe Admin Console.
- If you are currently using SAML for Acrobat Sign login, or, plan to implement SSO (Single Sign-On) in your Adobe Admin Console for your Acrobat Sign users, we recommend you create a support ticket for the Adobe Admin Console support team. The Adobe Support team can provide you with instructions for setting up SSO. This is recommended before you select a migration date.
Migration process:
-
Upon completion of the discovery call, your Acrobat Sign migration specialist will send you a summary of the discussion with a link to select a date for completing the migration activity.
Note:To track the migration support request, you (account admin) can click on the support request under “?” icon, then “Contact Us” inside the Acrobat Sign UI (User Interface). Or you may reply “All” to the ongoing conversation from your email to update the request.
-
Once the migration is completed, Adobe will keep the migration support request open so that it can be used by you to request additional migration-related assistance/feedback.
Note:For post-migration support, you may use the original support request, or you may create an added support request from the Support tab within your Adobe Admin Console. For urgent issues, please call us on the Support phone number shown on your Adobe Admin Console.
