How to resend raw data from a data feed

Steps

If a Data Feed file is not received, rerun the job from the Adobe Analytics user interface.

  1. From within Adobe Analytics, navigate to Admin > Data Feeds.

  2. Click the Jobs tab.

  3. Find the required Data Feed using Search or Filters on the side of the page.

  4. Check the Job Status. It is possible that the job is still running or there was no data. View all job status here.

  5. If the job has failed, to rerun it, select a single or multiple jobs and then click Rerun Job.

Wait for the job to complete. If the job continues to fail or you cannot find it on the list, reach out to ClientCare for help.
