Learn how to resolve connection issues with Adobe Creative Cloud services.
Temporary service outages can cause interruptions with Creative Cloud services. You may be experiencing one if:
- You can't save documents to the cloud
 - Adobe Fonts are inaccessible
 - Your settings aren't syncing across devices
 
Temporary Adobe server outage
Visit the Adobe Status page to see if there are any known outages.
If an outage is confirmed, select Subscribe next to the event to receive updates via email.
            Once the services are restored, you will see a service recovery notification in your app. 
        
    
    
Once services are restored, sign out of the Creative Cloud app and sign back in.

You can download apps during a service outage. However, you may need to wait to open them for the first time until services are restored.
