Map view does not load | Elements Organizer 2018, 15, 14, 13, 12, and 11

Starting from November 29, 2018, Google Maps no longer supports delivery of certain data which impacts how the current Map view feature works in Photoshop Elements. Therefore, when you switch to the Places View in Photoshop Elements version 2018 or earlier, the Map view does not load. However, all location tags remain intact and accessible in the Tags panel. If you would like to continue to use the Map view feature, upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2019.

Impact

The Map view feature is no longer available in the Places view in Elements Organizer. All existing location tags remain intact and are accessible in the Tags panel.

Workaround

A new Map service is introduced in Photoshop Elements 2019. If you would like to continue using the Map view feature, it is recommended that you upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2019.
