An update to the Adobe General Terms of Use
This update to Adobe General Terms of Use (Terms) clarifies that the content users store in Document Cloud and Creative Cloud for teams or enterprise storage may be controlled by the Business providing the plan (Business Terms).
In order to continue using Document Cloud and Creative Cloud services and software, you must accept the updated Terms.
If you are a Creative Cloud for teams user who has an individual plan with Stock (for example, a subscription or credit packs), we will not move any of your existing quota, credits, or License History from your personal profile to your Business Profile unless requested or approved by you. You may navigate to stock.adobe.com/migrate to initiate the migration process once available.
If you choose to move your Stock content from your personal profile to your Business Profile, you must also move your quota and credits. Likewise, if you choose to move your Stock quota or credits, you must also move your License History to your Business Profile. Yes. So long as you have a plan from a Business for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud for teams or enterprise storage.
If you only use Experience Cloud, the Business Terms do not apply.
Yes. You can remove your personal content from Creative Cloud or Document Cloud for teams or enterprise storage any time after accepting the updated Terms. Until then, the business that provided you with the license may be able to access and control that content.
