Number of users

Learning Manager supports importing upto one million (1,000,000) users in the system.

Maximum content size

The maximum file size that can be uploaded is 600 MB.


If the size of the user.csv file exceeds 100 MB, importing this file may cause the browser to behave unexpectedly. The issue occurs because the browser runs out of memory.

We recommend importing large size user.csv files using the automated Box/Exavault workflow. To know more, see Migrating files


Learning Manager uses cookies to provide seamless login and content consumption experience. Learning Manager stores two cookies, APRIMEID and PRIMEC, which enable a user to be remembered on a particular device, and allows the user to resume any trainings from the point where they were left off, and other such experiential benefits.

Learning Manager requires these two cookies to authorize and authenticate every API call to ensure appropriate data access and seamless learning experience.
