Lightroom version

Map module is no longer supported in Lightroom 4, Lightroom 5 and Lightroom 6. Read this article for the reason and a workaround.
Issue

Reason and impact
A change in Map calls has been made.
Impact on Lightroom Classic CC 7.x and Lightroom CC 2015.x/Lightroom 6.x
Starting on November 30, 2018, Map view is no longer supported on these versions. This will not be fixed as these versions are no longer supported by Adobe. When you go to the Map module after this date, the screen will appear blank and will not show any map view.
Map view is supported in Lightroom Classic CC 8.0 and later versions only.
Impact on Lightroom 4.x and 5.x
This will not be fixed as these versions are no longer supported by Adobe. When you go to the Map module, the screen appears blank and doesn't show any map view.
Workaround
To see the location of an image on a map, copy the coordinates from the GPS field in the Metadata panel located at the right in the Map module and do an online search.
To continue using the Map service, it is recommended that you update to the latest Lightroom Classic version. See Keep Lightroom up to date.
