問題
嘗試更新 Adobe Acrobat 或 Acrobat Reader 時，收到錯誤:「錯誤 1923: 無法安裝服務 Adobe Acrobat Update Service (AdobeARMService)。請確認您有足夠的權限可以安裝系統服務。」
解決方法
符合下列任一情況時，就會發生此錯誤:
- 檔案正在使用中，安裝程式無法覆寫該檔案。
- 檔案正由您電腦上安裝的任一防毒或資料備份軟體使用中。
- 先前解除安裝 Adobe Acrobat 或 Acrobat Reader 失敗。
解決方法 1: 重新啟動電腦
重新啟動電腦，然後安裝 Adobe Acrobat 或 Acrobat Reader 更新。
解決方法 2: 停止 Adobe Acrobat Update Service
