Known issues: Moderation, Social Buzz, and Listening Rules 

Status: We are in the process of upgrading our infrastructure to increase reliability and capacity.

We are aware of and actively working to resolve issues within Moderation, Social Buzz, and Listening Rules. Users may continue to experience the issues outlined below in Adobe Social through the weekend into early next week as we work to resolve. We appreciate your patience and will provide further information as soon as it’s available. 

Moderation

  • Feeds delayed to load approximately 10-15 minutes or longer
  • New data not available in feeds 
  • Intermittently receiving moderation error when attempting to take action read, reply, escalate. 
Social Buzz
  • No data appearing or slow loading of page 
  • New data not available 
Listening Rules 
  • No rules appear when viewing or editing terms
