What is Real-time Customer Data Platform?

Real-time Customer Data Platform, built on Adobe Experience Platform, enables Customer to stitch data from multiple sources to create real-time Profiles and activate Profiles via pre-built destinations that Customer can select through the Real-time Customer Data Platform user interface.  Real-time Customer Data Platform includes Bundled Services.

Customer’s use of Real-time Customer Data Platform is subject to the following:

Entitlements:

  • Addressable Audience.  Customer may store and process up to the number of Profiles authorized in its active Sales Order(s).
  • Initial Implementation Period. Prior to the Initial License Term Start Date, Customer is granted a limited license to access Real-time Customer Data Platform for the sole purpose of implementation and testing at no additional cost to Customer, subject to all other terms and conditions of the Agreement.

Performance Guardrails.

The following Performance Guardrails apply to Customer's Real-time Customer Data Platform production purposes, without Add-ons:

  • Sandboxes. Real-time Customer Data Platform includes up to 5 Sandboxes.
