The new Acrobat home page is tailored for you based on your subscription and state of journey. It provides an onboarding tour, easy navigation, a single location for all your documents and agreements, and tools grouped by similar and related workflows.

Documents and agreements
The Documents tab is a single place for all your documents and agreements.
Files and folders
Documents > Your documents: Shows all your files and folders. You can further filter your documents by Starred files, files Shared by you, or files Shared by others.

Agreements and templates
Documents > All agreements: Shows all Adobe Acrobat Sign agreements and templates. You can further filter your agreements by status, such as In Progress, Waiting For You, Completed, Templates, and more. To view additional filters, click See More.

Apps and tools
Tools are grouped by workflows in the top navigation bar – Convert, Edit, Share, and Sign. The All Tools option shows additional tools and apps. The filters on the All Tools page allow you to explore tools universe across platforms – desktop, mobile, and web.
View all apps and tools
On the home page, click All Tools. All the apps and tools are listed on the page. To view platform-specific tools, click the respective filter - Desktop, Mobile, or Web.
Convert tools
All the tools specific to the following tasks are provided under the Convert option in the top navigation bar:
- Convert a Microsoft Office document (Word, Excel, or PowerPoint) to PDF
- Convert JPG, PNG, and other image files to PDF
- Convert a PDF to Microsoft Office or other formats
- Compress a PDF

Edit tools
All the tools specific to the following tasks are provided under the Edit option in the top navigation bar:
- Move, delete, insert, or rotate pages in a PDF
- Merge multiple files into a single PDF
- Edit text and images in a PDF
- Add comments in a PDF
- Make a scanned PDF editable

Share tools
All the tools specific to the following tasks are provided under the Share option in the top navigation bar:

Sign tools
All the tools specific to the following tasks are provided under the Sign option in the top navigation bar:
- Send documents to others for signing
- Fill and sign a document
- Add a signature for signing

Upload files
In the home page, click Upload A File. Select file from the explorer window, and click Open. The selected file is uploaded to Document Cloud. You can also upload files from the Documents tab, or drag the files to the Recents file area.

Download files after performing an action
When you perform any action on your document, the progress status is displayed in the window.
When completed, the file is open in the viewer, and a check mark is displayed on the top tool bar. The file is automatically saved to Document Cloud. To save the file to your desktop, click the check mark button, and then click the download icon.
