Substance 3D Modeler system requirements

Ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements to use Substance 3D Modeler.

Applicable for: October 2022 release (Version 1.0) or later.

Note:

Adobe Substance 3D Modeler does not require a VR headset. All of Modelers functionality is available if you use Modeler exclusively in either desktop or VR mode. However, we recommend using Modeler across desktop and VR together to take advantage of the strengths of each platform.

Note:

While it is not yet officially supported, Modeler should still work on Windows 11. Until Windows 11 is officially supported, stability is not guaranteed.

Note:

Quest headsets must be connected to a computer with Air Link or a compatible cable to work. Modeler does not work stand-alone on Quest headsets.
