Why am I getting a bailing message in the console?

The console message 'SATELLITE: Test & Target: bailing after 1500 ms' is simply a notification and does not necessarily mean there is an issue. Instead, you should use this as a warning to validate that the mbox content returns as expected.

Basically, this indicator could mean the script failed and thus you should validate the mbox deployed as expected. If you're seeing the mbox deploy correctly, then this console message doesn't really have a meaning and can be ignored.
