Can't find CSD during package deploy

When deploying a package to your instance, you get an error similar to the following:

com.day.cq.replication.ReplicationException: Unable to find CSD 'global'

Solution

Do the following:

1. Change the order of the CSD in the package definition and make sure that it comes before.
   
2. Re-create the package.
   

Additional information

A typical cause of this problem is that the CSD file isn't included in the package. Or, it could be there's another page in the package that needs this CSD and it's listed above in the package definition.
