Using mobile gestures in Adobe Aero

Learn about the touchscreen gestures in Adobe Aero and work with objects in a three-dimensional environment on a flat screen.

Mobile gestures in Aero

Tap

Tap on an object to select it. Tap anywhere on the screen to deselect it.

Hold down and move

To move an object away from you, move your finger upwards on the screen. To move an object towards you, move your finger downwards.

Two-finger pinch

To scale an object, pinch to make an object smaller and widen your fingers to make the object bigger.

To rotate an object, keep your fingers at a uniform distance and twist them over the screen in the direction you would like to rotate the object.

Three-finger lift

Use three fingers and swipe up or down to lift the object upward or downward on the vertical plane in the scene.
