Insufficient memory while uploading raw image to Adobe Stock

Known issue

In Bridge CC 2017 7.0 running on Windows 32-bit version, when you drag raw images from the Content panel onto the Publish panel to upload to Adobe Stock, the Unable to Upload All Images dialog displays the following error message:

Following images could not be uploaded to Adobe Stock.
Raw file conversion failed due to insufficient memory.

Product versions affected

Bridge CC 2017

Operating system

Windows 32-bit version

When you drag a raw image from the Content panel onto the Publish panel, Bridge converts the raw image to JPEG for uploading on Adobe Stock using the Camera Raw plugin. Only those raw image formats that are supported by Adobe Camera Raw are converted to JPEG.

However, when you are running Bridge CC 2017 on Windows 32-bit version, the conversion of supported raw file formats to JPEG fails intermittently. This is a known issue on Windows 32-bit version.

This issue does not occur when you are running Bridge CC 2017 on Windows 64-bit version.
