Know your Creative Cloud desktop app Home screen

Learn how to use the Home screen in the Creative Cloud desktop app to easily access your apps and recent files.

View your Home screen

  1. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app. (Select the   icon in your Windows taskbar or the macOS menu bar.)

  2. Select the Home tab.

On the Home screen, you can see a list of the installed apps and recent files. You can directly open your apps or any recent file by selecting the app’s icon or the name of the file.

Note: This is a Beta feature and might not be available in all locations.

Personalize your Home screen

You can choose which apps to display on your Home screen.

  1. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app. (Select the   icon in your Windows taskbar or the macOS menu bar.)

  2. Select the Account icon in the upper right, and then select Preferences.

  3. In the left sidebar, select Home (Beta).

  4. Do the following:

    All apps To set shortcuts for all your apps, turn on Show shortcuts.

    Specific apps To choose shortcuts setting for individual apps, turn on Show shortcuts, and then select the shortcuts needed for each app.

    Turn on Show shortcuts and then select individual apps if you prefer.

  5. When finished, select Done.

Your apps automatically appear as shortcuts in the Creative Cloud desktop app Home screen.
