Generate a list of asset IDs | SPS

Can I get a list of all images in a folder, or a list of all image sets for an account?

Solution

It is possible to get the list of images by using the metadata generation utility.

1. Log in to SPS.
2. Click a folder.
3. Choose File > Import Metadata.
4. Leave the Image radio button selected for Metadata Type. With the Tab Delimited Template option selected, click Generate.
5. You can then copy and paste the list into a spreadsheet. The list is limited to 1000 assets.
