If you have questions for Adobe regarding your app purchase, contact us through Google Wallet. Sign in to Google Wallet and go to the transaction history. View the order detail for the transaction, and click the link to contact Adobe.
Here are step-by-step instructions of the process:

Sign in with the same credentials used to purchase the Adobe app on Android Marketplace. After signing in, you are redirected to Google Wallet.

Open the Transactions section with the link on the left side of the page.

Find the Adobe transaction in question and click View Order.

At the top of the order detail, click the link to contact Adobe.

Complete the form with your question, and click Send Email. For any pre-sales questions, post the question on the Adobe Creative Cloud forum.
