Creative Cloud and Behance FAQ

Using Behance

What is Behance and how does it fit into Adobe Creative Cloud?

Behance is the leading online platform to showcase and discover creative work. The creative world updates their work in one place to broadcast it widely and efficiently.

How can I share to Behance from Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign?

While you cannot share directly from the Creative Cloud apps to Behance, please visit Behance.net and upload directly. From there, you will be able to access all your Creative Cloud files and select which ones you'd like to add to projects.

How can I access Behance from within Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app?

Adobe Creative Cloud allows you to stay connected with your workgroups and creative community via your desktop, website, or mobile device. Install Creative Cloud desktop app to access your Behance Activity Feed and Portfolio, and to share and discover new work.

If you already have a Behance account, log in. If you don't have an account, log in with your existing Adobe ID; doing so will automatically create a new Behance account for you.

Troubleshooting

How do I view the work I shared on Behance?

When signing up for your Behance account, you are prompted to select a user name, which is part of your unique profile URL. Your URL is at behance.net/user_name. You can see the public view of your profile there, or log in to behance.net for full editing capabilities.

I’m having trouble logging in to my Behance account.

Log in to Behance with your Adobe ID. Please visit the Behance Helpcenter or contact Behance support if you're having trouble logging in.

Can I log in to Behance with my Creative Cloud login information?

Yes!

If you don't have a Behance account yet: Visit behance.net and click Activate Account, or sign in with your Adobe ID to create an account.

If you do have a Behance account: Simply log in to Behance with your Adobe ID.

How can I change the link between my Behance and Creative Cloud accounts?

To associate your Behance account with another Adobe ID you have, in your Behance account settings, click Use a different Adobe ID in the Switch Adobe ID section. (You may want to do this if you had two Creative Cloud accounts or Adobe IDs, for example.) If you do this, you'll always log in to Behance with the Adobe ID you switched to.
