To get the latest fixes and enhancement in Remote Update Manager, use the following steps:

Go to the Remote Update Manager card and download the tool based on your operating system.

Overwrite the RUM executable in the following locations in your machine:
- In CCP install location (for packages to be created in future):
- Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\CCP\utilities\RemoteUpdateManager
- Mac: /Applications/Utilities/Adobe\ Application\Manager/CCP/utilities/RemoteUpdateManager
When you overwrite the RUM executable as above, any new packages created using the CCP include the latest RUM and deploy it on client machines.
Note:You can also deploy the latest RUM on a machine by creating and deploying a Creative Cloud app-only package.
