Cancel an Acrobat or Document Cloud PDF services subscription

  1. Click here to contact us and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

  2. The Need help? page appears. Scroll down and choose your preferred contact option.

  3. A customer care agent will assist you with canceling your plan.

If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are billed 50 percent of your remaining contract obligation.

If you cancel a month-to-month subscription, you will have access to your subscription through the end of the current billing cycle. You can restart a month-to-month subscription at any time within 180 days of canceling.

Cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple iTunes App Store

Subscriptions that you purchase via Adobe Reader for iOS are paid through Apple's iTunes App Store. If you have questions about your subscription, contact Apple.

Cancel an Enterprise subscription

Contact your account manager to cancel an enterprise membership.

Return a subscription or membership purchased from a reseller

If you purchased your membership or subscription from any seller other than Adobe, contact the seller for assistance.
