When you sign in to Lightroom Classic CC on your desktop, the following message is displayed:
Upgrade Required For Lightroom Mobile
Lightroom must be upgraded before it can continue syncing with Lightroom mobile.
Adobe has recently made some upgrades to Lightroom's back end cloud server, which enables syncing photos and edits between Lightroom CC ecosystem apps (mobile and desktop) and Lightroom Classic CC on your desktop.
If you are using Lightroom Classic CC v7.0.1, v7.0 or earlier, update Lightroom to the latest version to continue syncing with Lightroom for mobile.

When you sign in to Lightroom CC 2015 on your desktop, the following message is displayed:
Upgrade Required For Lightroom Mobile
Lightroom must be upgraded before it can continue syncing with Lightroom mobile.
Since you've migrated a Lightroom CC 2015 catalog to the new Lightroom CC app, syncing with Lightroom mobile has been disabled in the current version of Lightroom CC 2015.
To continue syncing with Lightroom for mobile, update Lightroom CC 2015 to the latest version of Lightroom Classic CC.
