Solid color fill layer fills the adjustment layer with the current foreground color. You can use the Color Picker to select a different fill color basis your requirements. Unlike adjustment layers, fill layers don't affect the layers underneath them.
Adjustment and fill layers have the same Opacity and Blend options as image layers. You can rearrange, delete, hide, and duplicate them just like image layers.

Select the desired color for your fill layer using the Color Picker.

You can further adjust the position of the Solid color fill layer by dragging it up or down in the Layers panel. Also, you can easily modify the Blend and Opacity to achieve different effects.

If you'd like to change the Fill layer color, double-click the color swatch in the Layers panel to open the Color Picker and select a new color.
