If a segment audience has been mapped to a URL destination but data is not being sent to the destination, this will occur when the visitor's authentication status has been set to "AUTHENTICATED," but the merge rule in use for the segment is not set to use an authenticated profile.
When the user is authenticated while the segment's merge rule does not use an authenticated profile, the system is not reading the authenticated profile, which is the profile that belongs to the segment audience.
To fix this issue, change the merge rule associated with the segment(s) mapped to this destination so that the merge rule uses the current or last authenticated profile.
