Log in to the WebLogic Console as an administrator. The default URL of the console is http://<server>:<port>/console.

You can replace the existing database user of LiveCycle with a different database user. Perform the following steps to change the database user for WebLogic datasource:

To replace the existing database user of the IDP_DS data source, perform the following steps:

Click Services > Data Sources on the top left corner.

Click Lock & Edit. Under Configuration, click IDP_DS and click connection pool. The user property specifies databse users of LiveCycle ES4 SP1 server database.

Replace the value of user and password property with custom values. The custom value of user field represents the new database user. Click Save.

Click Release Configuration in the Change Center.

To replace the existing user of the RM_DS data source, perform the following steps:

Click Services > Data Sources on the top left corner.

Click Lock & Edit. Under Configuration, click RM_DS and click connection pool. The user property specifies database user of LiveCycle ES4 SP1 server database.

Replace the value of user and password property with custom values. The custom value of user field represents the new databse user. Click Save.

Click Release Configuration in the Change Center.

The existing database user of LiveCycle ES4 SP1 server running on WebLogic application server is replaced with a different user.
